All For Walls (AFW) have made the ordering process as simple as possible, however, should you encounter any difficulties our dedicated team are here to assist you. All prices on our website include VAT
AFW aim to print and deliver orders to the EU, USA, Canada and the Rest of the World within 4-7 working days of receiving payment. All For Walls often deliver in advance of these guidelines, however, please be aware that sometimes circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
Orders placed on weekdays will be dispatched the following day at the latest. If you need to contact us urgently then please email firstname.lastname@example.org
All for walls use a dedicated courier company, and all orders are tracked. Once an order is placed you will receive confirmation via email and once your order is despatched you will receive another email with the option to track your parcel.
Please note that All For Walls will not be liable for delays caused by the courier company, adverse and extreme weather conditions and delays caused to transport links.
Terms of Sale
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When placing an order with All For Walls you must be over 18 years of age, be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and possess a valid credit or debit card acceptable to us.
When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email, this email is just an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance. A contract will be formed once the goods that you have ordered have been despatched to you.
Returns & Refunds
All Murals are custom made to order, once you have placed you order with All For Walls you have the right to cancel your order at any point pre-production/printing.
All For Walls carries out stringent quality control checks before products are despatched. However, in the unlikely event you receive a Mural, Canvas, Wallpaper or any other custom made product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt to us for a replacement.
Returns for any other reason i.e. products are defective, will require us to examine the products prior to agreeing to refund any monies. We will do so within a reasonable time period, usually 30 days, and will inform you of our decision. Customers must also arrange (at their own expense, this will be non-refundable) to return the goods.

Upon confirmation that items are fit for return you must return the product back to us in its original, undamaged packaging including your full contact details within 14 days of receipt of your item.
Any refunds made will be made to the original debit/credit card used when placing the order.
All For Walls accepts no responsibility for defective installation, nor will we accept any consequential loss arising from incorrect & defective installation.
All For Walls will not offer refunds for incorrectly measured walls, nor refunds against orders being placed for incorrectly measured custom made products.
It is the customers responsibility to check the measurements prior to ordering and to check the product on receipt and before hanging or mounting on a wall surface.
All For Walls will not offer any refunds resulting from incorrect hanging or mounting of your products. As such, once a product has been installed or mounted, All For Walls will not issue a refund, so please be sure to check the condition prior to hanging or mounting.
